At RINC, we advocate clean and fair racing. We all know, if you give respect, you'll get respect and that's exactly what we're here to do.
Our Rules:
Rule of all rules: DON'T BE AN IDIOT | I believe this short phrase covers all the rules that follow. Now, you're probably wondering.. how don't I be an idiot? Good question! Here are some basic guidelines to set you on the right path.
1: You can be aggressive! Don't get us wrong, you can be as aggressive as you like, all we ask is you do it the right way. Whether you're grabbing the inside line on a corner, or handling a tight chicane you always gotta' do it clean. That means no bouncing, grinding, on crew mates to get speed into/out of corners. Trading a little paint is alright, just don't go overboard with it. Obviously we're only human so crashes are inevitable, but can be reduced. We'll talk about crashes and how to deal with them further on in the thread.
2: Be spatially aware! To be spatially aware you'll need to see without seeing. That means you know where and when people are/will be around you. When you're approaching a corner, you should know who's near you and have an idea about where they'll be headed so you can react accordingly. This will be covered more in our tips & tricks board....
